FCPAF’s mission is to provide performing arts education and performance opportunities to students of all social and economic backgrounds. Develop and participate in community outreach programs including organizing performances at local hospitals, nursing homes, charity events and events free to the public. To award scholarships to students for the purpose of attending camps, schools and studios focused on the performing arts.
Nothing could prepare Davie, Florida for the onslaught of fans that attended the film premieres of Specter, Caliens and Horizon. The BKS Cinema Film Festival Showcase Screening sponsored by Florida Children’s Performing Arts Foundation was unleashed on this sleepy town. No one is sure if it will ever recover from the amount of talent that descended upon the Paragon Ridge Theaters on May 21, 2015.
